LocalFrame collects only the information needed to respond to project requests.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email, and the project information you submit. Phone, Instagram or website, and preferred contact method are optional.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about the project, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not use inquiry data to enroll you in a mailing list.
How it is stored
Your inquiry is written to LocalFrame’s private application storage before anything else is attempted, so a delivery problem cannot lose your request. It is then recorded in LocalFrame’s own private system for tracking client conversations, which runs on the same privately operated infrastructure and is not a third-party service.
Sharing
We do not sell inquiry information. It may be handled by the service providers required to operate the website and communications, or disclosed when legally required.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry by emailing [email protected] or messaging @localframe_ny.
